<p>This months sacred women&#8217;s circle workshop will focus on opening your HEARTS to BE, FEEL , SHARE and GIVE LOVE to ourselves and to each other. Sarah will guide us thru a journey where we can see what thoughts and feelings are not serving us well and how to let them GO once and for all.In addition, we will continue to experience the sacred techniques and JEWELS of WISDOM of Kundalini yoga as taught by YOGI BHAJAN. </p>

God made and provided what we would need before we were born and through Mother Earth continues to make sure we receive the goods we need for a healthy life. These gifts are best and more powerful when eaten raw&#8230; but we&#8217;re such slow learners.<br />
God left us great clues to know what foods help what part of our body, let&#8217;s find these clues and live the Good Life.</p>

A sliced Carrot resembles the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye&#8230; and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.</p>

The many more that look just like bones are in fact beneficial to the bone structure. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don&#8217;t have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.</p>
<p><strong>AVOCADO</strong><br />

Today&#8217;s research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this?  It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them).</p>
