Join Jiwan Kaur for a Healing Meditation Gong Bath Friday night March 5th 7:oo-8:00.

The night will begin with a light set of Yoga and Pranayam (breath work) followed by a deep relaxation with the unique sound of the GONG.
This sacred sound elevates your vibrations, as well as enliven your whole being, aligning you with your highest expression of truth and purity of heart. Your mind will have no defense to the gong after 90 seconds, transformation begins!
The divine night will end with a gentle meditation guiding you into your infinite realms with an open heart and peaceful mind.
