Womens PreNatal Workshop


Join me at Omechaye for a Pre-Natal Womens Workshop

Thursday, November 11th, 11:30am-1:30pm

Special postures, meditations and discussions will bond you closer to your birth experience. Discussions on how to prepare your body mind and spirit for the divine moment you welcome your baby into your arms as well as how to balance taking care of your family after your baby is born will be a part of this unique workshop.

The 40 day blessing (a yogic tradition) where mom and baby bond thru their Aura’s will be explained , it’s a wonderful opportunity to go deeper into the magic of being pregnant and sharing the ADI SHAKTI energy with each other. DADs are invited to come at 1:00pm (if they can) to share in a meditation and discussion on how to help support the birthing of your miracles!

Hi! Would love to join you for prenatal workshops or classes. Live near Coral Gables, and work during the days. The schedules I saw were a bit tricky for me, but will keep checking in. Please advise me of additional opportunities. Namaste!
