Release the Habits that Hold You

We all have habits that no longer serve us. When we observe ourselves engaged in these habits, it is usually accompanied by some form of self criticism. However, these habits have benefited us at some point in our lives. During this workshop we will understand the ways our habits have helped us, bring gratitude to these patterns that we are now ready to release, and open up pathways, using our bodies, our breath, and our minds, to open us to make new choices that feed our soul and enhance our vitality and love for ourselves.
In this workshop you will:
Gain awareness of, and release the subconscious blocks that keep you stuck in unwanted patterns (Procrastination, food cravings, relationship problems and more)
Learn effective ways to harness and resource the strength that is already yours
Reintroduce choice into your life and release the power that habits have held over you
Identify and invite in those new choices to serve your highest potential
Experience basic yoga, pranayam and meditation to facilitate the release of unwanted habit patterns and support the formation of new healthy behaviors
About the Facilitators:
Jiwan Kaur is a renowned Kundalini Teacher, Coach, Minister, and Birthing Guide. Jiwan has been teaching the scared art of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan for over 10 years. She has offered hundreds of classes and workshops and has a love for sharing the sacred science of Kundalini Yoga and witnessing the transformation and awareness it offers.
Sarah DiPerna is a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She has a private psychotherapy practice, teaches Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Breathwork and Psychodrama to clinicians, and teaches Kundalini Yoga. She has a passion for bringing transformational experiences to groups to offer opportunities for personal growth and expansion.

Please wear clothing appropriate for light yoga
**** PLEASE NOTE: We will begin with yoga (appropriate for those who have never done any yoga before) so please refrain from eating for 90 minutes before the start of the workshop. You are welcome to bring snacks to eat following yoga.
